Subject: Resolution 265-09>l:,
Dear County Council,
I feel this resolution is redundant because state law already gives the county "home
rule" authority and it's already the county's duty to make every effort to maintain its
authority. However, now that the resolution exists it must be passed as part of this
effort. To vote no is to give away county authority to the state and there is no amount
of money that would compensate for such a give away.
