ORDINANCE NO. 99 10
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 98-50, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT3 AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1998 TO JUNE 30, 1999.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 98-50, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1998 to June 30, 1999, is hereby
amended by adding the following projects:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Hazard Mitigation for Wastewater - FEMA $293,785

Hazard Mitigation for Wastewater - DBEDT 9,500
(110-699-5699.13-115 )
Hazard Mitigation for Wastewater - ERF 150,000

Hazard Mitigation for Wastewater - CTY 346.715

$800,000
SECTION 2. Funds for these appropriations shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $293,785
State Grants Receivable 9,500
Sewer Fund 150,000
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - 346.715
Fund Balance and/or Other Sources
$800,000
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
