DESIGNATING THE COUNCIL CHAIRMAN AND THE VICE-CHAIRMAN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI I
that Councilman Robert M. Yamada be and he is hereby
declared the duly electe9 chairman and presiding officer
of the Council of the County of Hawaii from December 4,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Councilman Tomio Fujii
be and he is hereby declared the duly elected vice-chairman
of the Council of the County of Hawaii.
