APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE AND DESIGNATING
THE CHAIRMAN AND VICE CHAIRMAN THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the County of Hawaii
that pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of Rule 5
(Committees) and Rule 6 (Standing Committees) of the RULES
OF PROCEDURE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, the
following members are hereby appointed to the Legislative
Committee:
1. Frank De Luz, III
2. John Farias, Jr.
3. Dante K. Carpenter
4. Tomio Fujii
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Councilman Frank De Luz, III,
and Councilman John Farias, Jr., be and are hereby designated
Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively, of said Legislative
Committee.
