ORDINANCE NO. 99 13
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 98-50, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1998 TO JUNE 30, 1999.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 98-50, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and
Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1998 to June 30, ,1999, is hereby amended by adding the
following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Hilo Construction & Demolition (C&D) Waste Management $70,000
(110-699-5691.22-115)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund- $70,000
Fund Balance and/or Other Sources
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
