ORDINANCE NO. 99 16
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 98-50, A3 AMENDED,
RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1998 TO JUNE 30, 1999.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 98-50, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1998 to June 30,
1999, is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PARKS & RECREATION:
Waimea Senior Center Renovations $50,000
(110-599-5594.40-115 )
SECTION 2. Funds for these appropriations shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $50,000
Fund Balance and/or Other Sources
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
