the little sugar town of Kukuihaele, was chosen from a group
of beautiful, talented, and charming ladies as "i'Uss Aloha
Hawaii" for 1973-1974; and
WHEREAS, the success of the attractive, graceful, and
gifted MISS MILLARE over a fie.ld ofrtine other contestants has
won her the right to represent the County of Hawaii at the
Miss Hawaii Pageant; and
m1EREAS, it is befitting that we hereby recognize
MISS MIL~~REis accomplishment, her beauty, talent and youthful
promise,
