Resolution
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO CAlL FOR BOND
REDEMPTION.
WHEREAS, sufficient money is available in the special fund of
II Improvement District No. 5 - Kishi Subdi vis ion, S. Kona, Hawaii"
and "Improvement District No.7 - Kimo Place Road, S. Hilo, Hawaii"
with which to redeem bonds and to pay interest on outstanding bonds
of said improvement districts on the next interest due dates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL in and for
the County of Hawaii that the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to call for payment and to pay on June 15', 1973, together
with accrued interest to said date, the bonds of "Improvement District
No. 5 -- Kishi Subdivision, S. Kona, Hawaii" with Serial Nos. 41 to 52,
inclusive, and on July 1, 1973, the bonds of "Improvement District
No. 7 ~ Kimo Place Road, S. Hilo, Hawaii" with Serial Nos. 14 to 17,
inclusive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby
directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Director of
Finance, County of Hawaii.
