BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the County of Hawaii that thefollowing amount
be and is hereby appropiated/ transferred as set forth below:

Earthquake Emergency Fund
The remaining balance in G-9l00 may be used, as needed, for
earthquake damage repairs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed and in-
structed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Finance, and that the Director
of Finance be and is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with
the terms of this resolution.
