BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL in and for the County of Hawaii, at
a meeting held this date, that Edward Harada, Chief Engineer of the County
of Hawaii, be and he is hereby designated and authorized to certify that
the work of the appraisers and the review appraiser with respect to each
property to be acquired under U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development-
assisted programs has been performed in a competent manner in accordance with
applicable State law, Title III of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real
Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, Public Law 91-646, and Department
of Housing and Urban Development policies and requirements.
