Resolution
WHEREAS, by instrument dated February 9, 1970, and
recorded in the Office of the Registrar of Conveyances of the
State of Hawaii in Liber 6944 at Page 208, Frank E. Midkiff,
Atherton Richards, Richard Lyman, Jr., Herbert K. Keppeler
and Hung Wo Ching, Trustees of the Will and Estate of Bernice P.
Bishop, deceased, granted unto the County of Hawaii a certain
revised Tank Site and Road Right-af-Way, all as described in
said Exchange Deed and as described in Exhibit A attached
hereto; and
WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii, through its Department of
Water Supply has determined that such Tank Site and Road Right-
of-Way are no longer necessary and/or required for its water
system,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII that said Tank Site and Road Right-of-Way as described
in Exhibit A be and are hereby declared abandoned as a Tank Site
and Road Right-of-Way.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the County of
Hawaii be and is hereby authorized to reconvey the abandoned
Tank Site and Road Right-of-Way to the Trustees of the Will and
Estate of Bernice P. Bishop, deceased.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be authorized
and directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Department
of Water Supply.

ALL that cer~ain parcel of land, situate at Keauhou I, District of North
Kona, County and State of Hawaii, being a portion of R. P. 4475, L. C. Aw. 7713,
Apana 7 to V. Kamamalu, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of ths parcel of land, the northeast
corner of Area 12 and on the southwest side of Alii Highway, the coordinates of
said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station
