County of Hawaii--State of Hawaii
Resolution
WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii no longer has any interest or use
for the land set aside for public purposes under Executive Order No.
265, Waimea County Garage and Warehouse Site (TMK: 6-5-07:8)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT :RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII that the above mentioned Executive Order, be and is directed to be
returned to the State of Hawaii for cancellation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be authorized and
directed to forward a copy of this resolution to Mr. Sunao Kido, Mr.
James Detor, Mr. Larry Mehau, and Mrs. Mildred Yamamoto of the Department
of Land and Natural Resources, and Department of Public Works, County of
Hawaii.
