County of Hawaii--State of Hawaii
Resolution
WHEREAS, the road remnants known as Parcels P and Q located along
South Kona Belt Road in Keei 2nd, South Kona, Hawaii has not been abandoned;
and
WHEREAS, said roadway remnants is no longer of any use to the County
of Hawaii-for public roadway purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that the road remnants known as Parcels P and Q located along South Kona
Belt Road delineated in red on the map attached hereto and marked Exhibit
A, be and is hereby declared abandoned as a roadway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be authorized and directed
to forward a copy of this resolution to the Department of Land and Natural
Resources, State of Hawaii and to the Department of Public Works of the
County of Hawaii.
