RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BONDS FOR IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 15,
WILDER ROAD IMPROVEMENT, KAUMANA, COUNTY OF HAWAII, HAWAII
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 118, adopted by the Council of
the County of Hawaii, the Director of Finance of the County of
Hawaii was authorized and directed to prepare for sale and to sell
Improvement District Bonds for Improvement District No. 15, Wilder
Road Improvement, Kaumana, County of Hawaii; and
WHEREAS, by notice of sale publicly advertised by the
Director of Finance, bonds were called for the above sale to be
received at the office of the Treasury Division, Department of
Finance, County of Hawaii; and
WHEREAS, the bids submitted to the Director of Finance
when publicly opened at 10:00 a.m., October 5, 1973, were by
BIRR, WILSON & COMPANY, INC. of San Francisco, California, for
the entire issue of $1,183,500.00 for $94.00 per $100.00 par value
at 8% interest on all bonds, and by BANK OF HAWAII AND FIRST
HAWAIIAN BANK for the entire issue of $15183,500.00 for $100.00
per $100.00 par value at the following interest rates:
7-1/2% on bonds maturing in 1974 through 1978;
7-3/4% on bonds maturing in 1979 through 1983;
8% on bonds maturing in 1984 through 1988.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII:
That the Director of Finance of the County of Hawaii be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to accept the highest
bid of BANK OF HAWAII AND FIRST HAWAIIAN BANK for the entire issue

of $1,183,500.00 par value bonds of Improvement District No. 15,
Wilder Road Improvement, Kaumana, County of Hawaii, Hawaii, and
to deliver said bonds to said bidder upon payment of the amount
of said bid price plus accrued interest, if any, from October
15, 1973, or the date said bonds are tendered for delivery,
whichever is later, to the date of payment.

1973.
