Resolution
WHEREAS, Section 10-11 of the Charter requires that any
contract, lease or other obligation requiring payment of funds
from appropriations of a later fiscal year be approved by
resolution; and
WHEREAS, it is desired by the County to enter into a
three-year contract for bus service between Hawaiian Ocean View
Estates and Hilo;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a three-year bus contract
for the Hawaiian Ocean View - Hilo Bus Service be approved and
that necessary funds be provided in the following fiscal years to
cover the obligation of the County.
