Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Resolution 258-09, reports as follows:
Resolution 258-09, transmitted via Communication No. 581, from Council Member Kelly
Greenwell, dated October 20, 2009, requests that the Council facilitate meetings with Kailua
Village Groups and other interested stakeholders to seek a reconstructive course and to restore
the essence and stature of the village..
There was no public testimony regarding the resolution.
Your Committee on Planning is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No 258-09,
and recommends its adoption.
