RESOLUTION NO. 12
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COUNTY PURCHASING AGENT JOHN S. OKINO
TO SIGN-APPLICATION AND WITHDRAWAL PERMIT TO PROCURE SPIRITS
FREE-OF TAX.-
WHEREAS, by Section 146-32, Revised Laws of Hawaii 1955,
the County Purchasing Agent is empowered to purchase all
materials, supplies and equipment needed by any and all
departments and establishments of the County, including
County hospitals; and
WHEREAS, Norman K. Tsuji, the former County Purchasing
Agent, is no longer connected with the County of Hawaii; and
WHEREAS, John S. Okino was appointed and confirmed as
the County Purchasing Agent on January t- , 19651
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

444c, r; in and for the County of Hawaii that County Purchasing Agent
John S. Okino be and is hereby authorized to sign on behalf
of the County of Hawaii all applications and withdrawal permits
to procure spirits free of tax for the Honokaa Hospital,
Kohala Hospital and Kona Hospital and do all other acts
connected therewith.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is
hereby directed to send a copy of this resolution to John S<=x
Okino, County Purchasing Agent, County of Hawaii.
