COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 54
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS in and
for the County of Hawaii, at a meeting held this date, that
the Honorable Shunichi Kimura, Chairman and Executive Officer
of the Board of Supervisors, be and is hereby designated and
authorized to sign in the name of the County of Hawaii the
Puukapu Watershed Project Agreement for construction of
structural measures by contract between the State of Hawaii
Board of Land and Natural Resources and the County of Hawaii,
as the Sponsoring Local Organizations; and the State of
Hawaii Board of Land and Natural Resources and the Soil
Conservation Service of the United States Department of
Agriculture.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk is hereby
directed to forward a copy of this resolution to any interested
government or governmental agency.
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 16th day of February
1965.
