Communication 618 and Resolution 275-09, reports as follows:
Resolution 275-09, transmitted via Communication No. 618 transmitted November 5, 2009 from
county Director of Finance Nancy Crawford, authorizes the grant of easement for access
purposes 753 `Ainak6 Avenue, District of South Hilo, County and State of Hawaii, Tax Map
Key (3)2-5-023-005 to Howard M. Higashi and Donna L. Dodd.
Council member Donald Ikeda confirmed the County Department of Water Supply supports this
resolution.
There were no public testifiers.
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose
and intent of Resolution 275-09 and recommends its adoption.
