Ad Hoc Committee Formed on December 2,2009
This morning, I received the attached memorandum from Council Member Dominic
Yagong. On the advice of the Office of Information Practices, I am placing this matter
on the next Council Agenda. Since Council Member Yagong is resigning, I will
consider adding another member to the Ad Hoc Committee should any of you wish to
serve in this capacity.

I regretfully request that I withdraw from the recently formed ad hoc committee that was formed
on December 2,2009. As a member of the ad hoc committee, it would be an impediment in
terms of bringing forward budgetary legislation in a timely fashion.
Thank you for the consideration and selection of my appointment, and I wish the ad hoc
committee success in there endeavors.
