Attached please find Bill 125, Draft 3, as approved at the November 17,2009, meeting ofthe
Hawai'i County Council Planning Committee.
Bill 125, Draft 2, was amended by the contents of Communication No. 475.5 and a subsequent
verbal amendment.
The verbal amendment changed the phrase "nearest lots in any direction" to "contiguous lots in all
directions", as appearing in the first line, page 2, of Communication No. 475.5.
