HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 103 Draft 01 1965 COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII RESOLUTION NO. 103 WHEREAS, Section 91.04 of Ordinance No. 25 of the Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1960, as amended, requires every motor vehicle to undergo a safety inspection at least once a year during the official inspection period commencing January 1 and ending March 31 and to have displayed a safety sticker; and WHEREAS, the exigencies of the time. at present may cause undue hardship upon many citizens of the County of Hawaii should penalties be imposed f or~non-compliance with the ordinance of the County of Hawaii, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS C2, in and for the County of Hawaii that Anthony Paul, Chief of Police, County of Hawaii, be and he is hereby requested to .<-?~use the good powers and discretion of his office and grant .t a moratorium to April 15, 1965 for the Tev;~ 3/aq~G.s failure to display safety stickers. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized and directed to send a copy of this resolution to Anthony Paul, Chief of Police, County of Hawaii.
