COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION.NO. 106
-RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF HAWAII
TO RELEASE FUNDS TO IMPROVE HILO HOSPITAL IN THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII.
WHEREAS., Section 1-D-7--z of Act 52, Session Laws of
Hawaii 064, provides for the appropriation of $50,000 to
improve Hilo Hospital in the County of Hawaii; and
WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii is anxious to proceed
with.the improvement"of said hospital as soon as possible,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
` in and for the County of Hawaii that the Honorable John A.
Burns, Governor of the State of Hawaii, be and is hereby
respectfully requested to make available to the County of
Hawaii.the sum of $50,000 to improve Hilo Hospital in the
County of Hawaii, pursuant to the provisions of Section 1-D-7-z,
Act 52,. Session Laws of Hawaii 1964.
BE. IT FURTHER:, RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is
hereby instructed.tlo.send copies of this resolution to the

Honorable John A.._Burns , Governor of.the State of Hawaii, to
the Honorable Shelley Mark, Director of the' Department of
6-ol) Planning and Economic-Development, and to the Honorable
Andrew F. Ing., Director of Finance, for their favorable
