ATTACINENT TO CHANCE ORDER NO. 3, HILO SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT, JOB NO. 1429

JUSTIFICATION-
This change involves the increase in sizes of the circuit breakers
and starters For the centrifuge equipment as per manufacturer's
recommendation and to change the magnetic starters,disconnect switches
and wiring from single phase 440 volts to three phase 440 volts for .
the motor control center.
COST:
To change two (2) centrifuge starters from size 3 RVNR
to size 4 RVNR and two.(2) 100 amp. to 200.amp. `1;3;620.18.
To change 225 amp. to 250 amp. breaker for MOOG • 291.33
To change 31} 3/0 to 3-250 MOM conductors, direct burial 750.44
To change the magnetic starters, disconnect switches,
and wiring from single phasg,440 volts to three phase
440 volts for motor control center X929.32
$6,591.27
15% Overhead and Fee 988.69
$7,579.96
31% Gross Income Tax 265.30
