RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREASa EVEL CHANCE a senior secretarial
science student at Hawaii Cechnicai School was
selected the first place winner in the Speech Contest
at the 6th Annual State Technical School Conference
hold in Lihue, Kauai; and
WHEREAS$ the high honor.-- won by said EVELYN CHANG
Is a great personal achievement richly deserved, bringing
honor and recognition to our County,
NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS in and for the County of Hawaii that EVELYN CHANCE
be and Is hereby extended the congratulations of the Board
of Supervisors for her outstanding achievement, together
with Its sincere best wishes in all her future undertakings.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is
hereby directed to forward a copy of this resolution to
EVELYN CHANG.
