COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 121
WHEREAS, by Committee Report No. 8 the Finance Committee
recommended the creation of the following positions in the
Department of Hilo Hospital, General Division [Section 8.11
(a)]:
0- 3 positions of Registered Nurse SR-12;
5 positions of Practical Nurse SR-8;
j 1 position of Occupational Therapist SR-13;
3 positions of Institutional Worker SR-2; and
1 temporary as needed position of Nurse Anesthetist SR-21.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISOR'S
in and for the County of Hawaii that the following positions
are hereby created in the Department of Hilo Hospital, General
Division [Section 8.11 (a)]:
3 positions of Registered Nurse SR-12;
5 positions of Practical Nurse SR-8;
1 position of Occupational Therapist SR-13;
3 positions of Institutional Worker SR-2; and
1 position of Nurse Anesthetist SR-21,(temporary as needed).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that when the Salary Ordinance is
next amended the positions hereinabove created be noted therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy each of this resolution
be,transmitted to the Departments of Hilo Hospital, Civil Service,
County Auditor and County Attorney for their information.
