COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 138
RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF HAWAII
TO RELEASE FUNDS FOR WAIMEA SCHOOL IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS, Section 1-D-7-a of Act 52, Session Laws of
Hawaii 1964,
Fe provides for the appropriation of $215,000 for
Waimea School in the County of Hawaii; and
LIHEREAS, the County of Hawaii desires to proceed with
the necessary construction as soon as possible,
NOUN, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS in and for the County of Hawaii that the
Honorable John A. Burns, Governor of the State of Hawaii,
be and is hereby respectfully requested to make available to
the County of Hawaii the sum of $215,000 for Waimea School
in the County of Hawaii, pursuant to the provisions of
Section 1-D-7-a, Act 52, Session Laws of Hawaii 1964.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and she
~p is hereby directed to send copies of this resolution to the
Honorable John A. Burns, Governor of the State of Hawaii, to
C, the Honorable Shelley Mark, Director of the Department of

Andrew F. Ing, Director of Finance, for their favorable
consideration.
