RESOLUTION NO. 139
RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF HAWAII TO
RELEASE.FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE...HONOKAA SCHOOL..COMPLEX
AT HONOKAA,-COUNTY. OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS, Section 1-D-7-K of Act 521 Session Laws of Hawaii
1964, provides for the appropriation of $320,000 to be expended
for the purpose of the Honokaa School complex at Honokaa, in the
County of Hawaii; and
C WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii desires to proceed with the
development of the Honokaa School complex as soon as possible,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
in and for the County of Hawaii that the Honorable John A. Burns,
Governor of the State of Hawaii, be.-,and is hereby respectfully
requested to make available to the County of Hawaii the sum of
$3201000 to be expended for the purpose of the Honokaa School
complex in the County of Hawaii pursuant to the provisions of
Section 1-D-7-K, Act 52, Session Laws of Hawaii 1964.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and she is
hereby directed to send copies of this Resolution to the Honorable

Shelley Mark Director of the Department of Planning and Economic
