COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 160
WHEREAS, by Act 50, Session Laws of Hawaii 1964, the
Legislature of the State of Hawaii appropriated an annual
allotment of $5,,000.00 from the general revenues of the State
for maintenance of Veterans' Cemetery on the Island of Hawaii,
such monies to be held in the State Treasury until payment
thereof into the Treasury of the County of Hawaii is requested
by resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Hawaii;
and
WHEREAS, said Board had under its Resolution No. 598.dated
January 2, 1965, requested a portion of said appropriated sum,
namely, Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
a in and for the County of Hawaii that the Director, Department of
Budget and Finance be and he is hereby res ectfull 're

( pay into the Treasury of the County of Hawaii the remaining
unexpended balance of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00)
to be expended for the maintenance of the Hawaii County Veterans'
Cemetery for the second half of the year 1965.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of
Hawaii be authorized and directed to forward copies of this
resolution to the Director, Department of Budget and Finance;
Comptroller, Department of Accounting and General Services; and
the Treasurer of the County of Hawaii.
