COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 181
WHEREAS, by Committee Report No. 18 the Finance Committee
recommended the creation of one position of X-Ray Assistant SR-9
(temporary as needed) in the Department of Honokaa Hospital
(Section 8.14); and
WHEREAS, by said Committee Report No. 18 the Finance
Committee further recommended the creation and change in status
of the following positions in the Department of Kona Hospital
(Section 8.13):
Create one position of Kitchen Helper SR-2 (temporary --7v?
as needed);
Create one position of Institutional Helper-Ambulance
Driver SR-3;
' Change in status of one
position of Kitchen Helper SR-2
(temporary as needed) to permanent position of Kitchen
. lead. Helper SR-2, retroactive to April 23, 1965.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
in and for the County of Hawaii that one position of X-Ray_

Assistant SR-9 (temporary as needed) is hereby created in the
Department of Honokaa Hospital (Section 8.14).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following positions are
hereby created and changed in status in the Department of Kona
Hospital (Section 8.13):
Create one-position of Kitchen Helper SR-2 (temporary
as needed);
Create one position of Institutional Helper-Ambulance
Driver SR-3;
Change iri status of,one position of Kitchen Helper SR-2
(temporary as needed) to one permanent position of Kitchen
Helper SR-2, retroactive to April 231 1965.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that when the Salary Ordinance is
next amended the positions hereinabove created and changed in
status be noted therein.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy each of this resolution
be transmitted to the Departments of Honokaa Hospital, Kona
Hospital, Civil Service, County Auditor and County Attorney for
their information.
