COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 182
WHEREAS, by Committee Report No. 18 the Finance
Committee recommended the creation of the following positions
in the Department of Hilo Hospital, General Division [Section
8.11 (a)J:
Create 1 position of Sr. Clerk-Stenographer SR-11; c4-
Create 5 positions of Registered Nurse SR-12.
(temporary as needed); and
WHEREAS, by said Committee Report No. 18 the Finance
Committee further recommended the abolition of the following
positions in the Department of Hilo Hospital:
General Division [Section 8.11 (a)J'
6//716 ~ Abolish 1 position of Cook I 'SR-7;
Abolish 1 position of Assistant Cook "SR-5;
Abolish 4 positions of Kitchen Helper SR-2;
Abolish 1 position of Kitchen Helper-Meat Cutter SR-3;
Abolish 2 positions of Hospital Handyman SR-9;
Abolish 1 position of Seamstress I 'SR-3.
ASS Tuberculosis Division [Section 8.11 (b)]
- Abolish 1 position of Cook I SR-7;
Abolish 2 positions of Kitchen Helper SR-2;
Abolish 1 position of Storekeeper SR-10;
Abolish 1 position of Institutional Worker SR-2;
Abolish 1 position of Building Maintenanceman SR-11;
Abolish 2 positions of Groundskeeper SR-4.
NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED -BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
in and,for the County of Hawaii that the following positions
are hereby created and abolished in the Department of Hilo
Hospital:-
General Division [Section 8.11 (a)]
Create 1 position of Sr. Clerk-Stenographer SR-11;
Create 5 positions of Registered Nurse SR-12
(temporary as needed);

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that when the Salary Ordinance
is next amended the positions hereinabove created and abolished
be noted therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy each of this resolution
be transmitted to the Departments of Hilo Hospital, Civil
Service, County Auditor and County Attorney for their information.
