FC-22 Page 3 December 15, 2009 Comm. 644: A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE MAYOR TO TRANSFER ALLOCATION (Res. 285-09) OF ALL COUNTY FUNDED VACANT POSITIONS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY OF HAWAII INTO THE BUDGET STABILIZATION FUND, ACCOUNT NUMBER 010.801.5801.53.341 (to address the projected shortfalls in next year's fiscal budget) From Councilmember Dominic Yagong, dated December 2, 2009, transmitting the above resolution. Res. 285-09 forwarded to Council with a negative recommendation. Ayes: Committee Members Ford, Hoffmann, Naeole-Beason and Yagong. Noes: Committee Members Enriques, Greenwell and Chair Onishi. Absent: Committee Members Ikeda and Yoshimoto. (Mr. Greenwell voted "kanalua" then "no" and Ms. Naeole-Beason voted "kanalua" twice.)
