AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 99-71, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1999 TO JUNE 30, 2000.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 99-71, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1999 to June 30,
2000, is hereby amended by adding the following projects:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Various Puna Roads -Federal $1,500,000
(110-399-5390.15-115)
Various Puna Roads -County 459,000
(110-399-5390.16-115)
Various Puna Roads -Private 41,000
(110-399-5390.17-115)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
' Federal Grants Receivable $1,500,000
Unallotted Appropriation -Other Fund Transfers 125,000
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - 334,000
Fund Balance and/or Other Sources
Fund Balance -Designated 41,000
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
