BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS in and for the County of Hawaii that
the sum of FORTY-EIGHT AND 48100 DOLLARS
48.48 ) be and the same is hereby TRANSFERRED out and from
G-8547 PAY OF OLD CLAIMS $48.48
GENERAL FUND.
and placed to the credit of the following named account:

in accordance with the terms of this resolution.

If you remember, we encumbered the sum of $1):425 00 in 'late
.':.December of 1963 which amount wastbudgeted to '.pay for mobile radios,
their conversion, etc
After, we had written to you to.encumber the :above amount F, Associates, Inc., submitted a statement for $77.83-which was vouchered '
through 'and 'payment' made, leaving an encumbered balance,of `approxi
mate1y: $'1,347.17
When'- we finally' received the final" statement of charge's for all
` the equipment, the amount totalled $1,395.55• This "amount was exactly
$48.48 above. what had been encumbered, although we were under the i
impression that we had encummbered the sum of $1,425.00
