COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 214
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES
OF THE DISTRICT COURTS TO THE STATE OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS, Act 97, Session Laws of Hawaii 1965, transferred
the functions and personnel of the district courts from the
counties to the State of Hawaii; and
WHEREAS, Section 22 of said Act 97 provides that within
sixty days of May 29, 19651 "all records, equipment, files,
supplies, contracts, books, papers, documents, maps, and other
personal property heretofore made, used, acquired or held by
the several district courts of the counties shall be transferred
to the State without cost to the State or reimbursement to such
county,"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
in and for the County of Hawaii that pursuant to Section 22 of
Act 971 Session Laws of Hawaii 1965, the equipment, materials
and supplies enumerated in-the attached inventories are hereby
transferred to the State of Hawaii./ BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that one copy of this resolution
be transmitted to the Office of the Attorney General, State of
Hawaii.
