Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred
Communication 583 and Resolution 260-09, reports as follows:
Resolution 260-09, transmitted via Communication No. 583, from Deputy Corporation Counsel
Gerald Takase, dated October 16, 2009, accepts the dedication of Road Lots "A," "B," "C," and
"D" of the Kumakua Affordable Housing Subdivision (TMK: (3)5-5-019:026), to the County of
Hawaii.
Pursuant to Article XIII, Section 13-12, Hawaii County Charter, the Council, on behalf of the
County, may accept gifts or donations of personal property.
There were no testifiers and no discussion.
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose
and intent of Resolutions 260-09 and recommends its adoption.
