ORDINANCE NO. 99 132
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 99-71, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1999 TO JUNE 30, 2000.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 99-71, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1999 to June 30,
2000, is hereby amended by adding the following projects:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Mohouli Street Extension -Federal $6,313,100
(110-399-5391.20-115)
Mohouli Street Extension -County $980,000
(110-399-5391.21-115)
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $6,313,100
General Obligation Bonds and/or Other Sources $980,000
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
