Dear Chair and Members of the County Council:
Good evening and thank you for allowing me to express my opinion regarding Bill 132. 1 do not
agree with this measure and kindly ask that you vote no.
These are difficult economic times for everyone, including the County. Personally, I agree that it
is a good idea to sell the Hamakua lands in order to balance the budget. Transparency rules are
currently adequate and Bill 132 merely hinders the sale process.
