ORDINANCE NO. 99 139
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.99-71, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR JULY 1, 1999 TO JUNE 30, 2000.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Purpose. The purpose of this bill is to add the Kapiolani Street and
Ululani Street Reconstruction project to the list of Engineering Division Projects, South
Hilo Fuel Tax District as specified in ordinance Nos. 97-134 and 98-95.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 99-71, Relating to Public Improvements and
Financing thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1999 to June 30, 2000, is hereby amended
by adding Kapiolani Street and Ululani Street Reconstruction (110-399-5391.22-115) as
an Engineering Division Project within the South Hilo Fuel Tax District.
SECTION 3. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
2236.02 Unallotted Appropriation Fuel Tax Increase 94-96 Account of the Capital
Projects Fund
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
