Their deceptive remarks can only be reconciled by understanding their gross conflicting interests and perverse pseudoscientific, and otherwise baseless, testimony solidly refuted as follows under their paragraph headings: 1) "School Immunization Requirements"-The word "immunization" is used here instead of "vaccination"--a misrepresentation of the original meaning of naturally induced immunity established following a natural exposure to pathogens or antigens. However, if HINT vaccines work at all, as is claimed without scientific evidence here, then those electing them should not fear those who opt out. Park and Fukino testify they seek to compel "herd immunity" by rejecting this resolution and treating people like cattle. But, "herd immunity" shall surely be accomplished regardless of whether this RESOLUTION is passed, because all those thousands of people who were suckered into getting vaccinated spread (i.e., "shed") "live" "active" H1N1 laboratory engineered mutant viruses, according to science and the World Health Organization alerts, for up to three weeks. So, those not vaccinated risk vicarious infections from persons injected with these laboratory created H1Nls. Even worse, these "public health vectors" or man-made HINT virus carriers become menaces risking the lives of millions of people worldwide by developing new deadlier pandemics such as is anticipated with an HINT-H5N1 combination. Because these vaccinated H1NIs readily transmit (i.e.,"shed"), and pick up genetic sequences from other viruses easily since they are unstable unnatural "live" "active" reverse engineered pathogens, most experts predict more severe flus are now advancing because of this and other circulating viruses. 2) "Vaccine Safety"-Park-Fukino's claims are purposely misleading and fraudulent. The FDA does no safety testing of vaccines whatsoever. Nor does the CDC. The drug companies do the research and submit their reports to officials, most of whom were employed previously by BigPharma firms and still receive compensation or "payoffs" of one kind or another. That is why you regularly get FDA recalls too late to avert hideous tragedies as was seen recently with the Lyme vaccine and several drugs including VIOXX. "Licensing can take 10 years or longer" Park-Fukino assert to misrepresent the substantive fact that the H1N1 vaccines were "fast-tracked" using previous seasonal flu vaccine experiments that were bogus by faulty design. They failed to use placebo controls! In other words, the drug companies advanced fraudulent reports based on pseudoscience. Their control groups got similar poisonous vaccines, or toxic mercury, not harmless saline. This pseudoscientific fraudulent study design erases vitally important (statistically significant) differences between groups. So now, Park-Fukino's ilk can fraudulent claim safety. This easily verified fact alone reflects gross criminal negligence, official malfeasance, medical malpractice, ethical misconduct, and treason against the American people. Park-Fukino's testimony is additionally discredited by their prostitution for special interests. They act as accomplices to a pharmaceutical-industry conspiracy to defraud the American people. They must be indicted, not trusted, for treasonous murderous malfeasance in their positions as Public Health Department officials from the State of Hawaii. These doctors are accomplices in a conspiracy to censure substantive facts about the H1N1 vaccines and those profiting from their sale. This is in violation of several state statutes providing consumer protections. This fraud and genocide against the citizens of Hawaii, and all Americans, requires potent propaganda as Dr. Fukino is fully aware as the eyes of millions of American were upon her when she conspired to suppress substantive facts surrounding President Barack Obama's official birth certificate. Instead of revealing the official record, she personally confirmed this supposed document's existence and authenticity to serve a political pharmaceutical agenda. The President of the United States, stock reports prove, is heavily financially invested in the pharmaceutical industry. He sponsored the H5N1 vaccine legislation while still a senator. Now he has declared the "national emergency," based on a so- called "vaccine shortage," that is really "shortage marketing" of vaccines that people worldwide, including the American majority, has solidly rejected. Does it matter in this discussion of urgent public attention that Fukino's press office routinely feeds the Associated Press (AP) through the Honolulu Star Bulletin? You bet it does. The world's most powerful media mogul, Rupert Murdoch, largely controls the AP from his seat on their Board of Directors. Letters from dozens of American attorneys indict Fukino and Rupert Murdoch on the Internet for falsifying and censoring information made public. Obama is an avid investor and supporter of H1N1 and H5N1 vaccines. Murdoch is heavily invested as follows in these vaccines as follows: 2 HIN1 vaccine safety tests on pregnant women were done using the aforementioned bogus study design at Elizabeth Murdoch's Royal Women's Hospital in Australia-that is Murdoch's mother. Rupert's daughter-in-law, Susan, oversees the Murdoch Children's Research Institute (MCRI) wherein infants and children were tested with H1N1 vaccines by Merck & Company's subsidiary, CSL, Inc. James Murdoch, heir-apparent to Rupert's estate, oversees the Board of Directors of Glaxo-SmithKlein, another H1N1 Swine Flu vaccine maker. All of the above Murdoch affiliates administered fraudulent H1N1 vaccine studies that neglected, besides placebo controls, long-term surveillance of vaccine recipients to fraudulently erase statistically significant risks and provable "adverse events." IN OTHER WORDS, where you learned about H1N1 vaccines reflects gross conflicting interests--media manipulations for medical indoctrinations promoting vaccinations for wealthy industrialists. THE REAL SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN TRUTH IS VACCINES ARE HIDEOUSLY UNSAFE and of specious value. Park-Fukino cover up vaccine injuries alleging safety by saying the flu vaccines are adequately monitored with injuries reported over the long term by testifying, "After a vaccine is licensed for public use, the vaccine continues to be monitored for safety." This gross misrepresentation is evidenced by the Nov. 5, 2009, testimony of Polish Health Minister, Dr. Ewa Kopacz, who told the Polish Parliament the swine flu vaccines were unsafe and unworthy of purchasing or administering. She objected to the fact that vaccine makers had reported no adverse events on their websites dedicated to revealing these by Nov. 1. They also neglected to include even the main ingredients on packages and package inserts. To much for transparency! 3) "Thimerosal (Mercury) in Vaccines"-Park-Fukino's willful deceit is grossly apparent in their writing in this paragraph. They assert, "Since 2001, no new vaccine licensed by the FDA for use in children has contained thimerosal except for multi-dose formulations of influenza vaccines," that they do not reveal can contain up to 50 times the concentration of mercury of single dose vials! INCREDIBLY, THE USE OF MULTI-DOSE VIALS IS WHAT SHE EXCLUSIVELY REPORTED WAS REQUIRED FOR HAWAII'S "HERD IMMUNITY." I testified briefly before the US Congress on vaccine mercury's link to autism. I personally witnessed legislative officials' gross criminal neglect of the scientific study commissioned by the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) by Verstraeten et. A titled, "Thimerosal VS.D Study: Phase I-- Update 2/29/00." Herein, definitive links between vaccine mercury intoxication and neuro-developmental and behavioral disorders in children were reported. This report was originally censored, then 3 modified, for subsequent official publications eliminating all findings condemning vaccine mercury, thus keeping autism a "medical mystery." Further evidencing conspiracy to commit humanicide, using disinformation, Rupert Murdoch's New York Post published an article by Robert Goldberg, Vice President of the Center for Medicine in the Public Interest, on Nov. 3, 2009, pertaining to this issue of mercury and this Park-Fukino's psychopathology. According to Goldberg, partnered with Peter Pitts, mainstream media's health pundits for consumer protection, the H1N1 National Emergency declared by Barack Obama is due to fringe lunatics who think mercury is harmful when injected by vaccines; not "vaccine shortages" directly. Goldberg blames people like me for heralding mercury toxicity's links to autism. We are blamed for allegedly pressuring governors into ordering single versus multi-dose vials (which is obviously not happening in Hawaii according to Park-Fukino's testimony). The different vials containing different mercury concentrations are a curious and revealing fact. Think about it. Fukino testified this is done to preserve sterility among open vials between uses. Are refrigerators banned, like truth, from public health departments and medical clinics? Is it reasonable children should be subjected to up to 50 times the amount of neurotoxic mercury in their shots because Fukino et al can't keep germs or dirty needles from piecing the rubber stopper on multi-vaccine vials? In fact, this lacking standardization of heavy metal poisonous mercury levels in vaccines, unlike every other liquid product making it to market containing standardized measures, evidences criminal intent, not simply criminal neglect. For example, a can of Coke, I assure you, has the same concentration of sugar, coloring agents, and preservatives, as every liter or half gallon contains. Given the conspiracy to defraud, intoxicate, and depopulate the human race, evident to reasonably intelligent persons examining all the substantive evidence, including the Verstraeten, et. al, study, "Thimerosal VSD Study: Phase I-- Update 2/29/00.", we must rebuke health directors Park and Fukino's criminal actions to secure our children's health, and generally public health, now for future generations. Given the above revelations, a vote opposing this urgent resolution is a vote favoring criminal malfeasance and mass murder. Resolution Number 237-09 must be enacted and celebrated as an assertive science- based most reasonable and responsible action to sustain life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness in America that has-been substantially tragically undermined by medical Manchurian candidates, given license to kill, who are effectively doing just that killing us and our children. I URGE YOU to limit Hawaii health officials' grossly overstepped authority, and criminally malfeasant actions, in this small way to protect those of us intelligent 4 I enough to see the forest of reality through the trees of media propaganda, pseudoscientific fraud, and pharmaceutically administered pangenocide. I further urge every conscientious legislator reading this, having been adequately noticed herein, to urgently direct county and state justice department officials to investigate the aforementioned intelligence; scrutinize the evidence in the form of scientific reports and official documents that I am compelled by conscience and my professional status to provide; and to advance criminal indictments against these liars, and others allied in this treachery committing mass murder under the guise of "public health."
