the County of Hawaii, at a meeting held this date, that
the Honorable Shunichi Kimura, Chairman and Executive Officer
of the Board of Supervisors, be and is hereby designated and

benefits under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act for
the Waiakea Peninsula Sewer Project in the City of Hilo,
