RESOLUTION NO. 303
ymEREAS, by Committee Report No. 39 the Finance
Committee recommended the following amendments to the
Salary Ordinance:
Bureau of Se'i'l/'!3Ts and Sanitation of the Department
of Public Works ~Section 8.15 (d) /.
Abolish one position of Supervising Sewage
Pump Station Operator SR-16.
Department of Schools (Section 8.17).
Reallocate one position of Power Mower
Operator SR-5 to Tractor Mower Operator SR-6,
effective as of September 1, 1965.
Create 5 positions of School Custodian II
SR-4 (temporary as needed).
Department of County Chairman (Section 8.01).
Reallocate one position of Administrative Aide
SR-24 to Management Assistant SR-27.
Department of Parks and Recreation LSection 8.16 (b)-!.
Change one position of one-half time Park
Caretaker SR-4 to full-time position of. Park'
Caretaker SR-4.
Department of County Physician (Section 8.23).
Abolis4 one position of County Physician A-2
(1/2 time).
Department of Hilo Hospital (Section 8.09).
Create one position of Medical Director A-2
(Geriatrics Treatment Center),.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that when the Salary' Ordinance
is next amended the positions hereinabove abolished, created,
reallocated and reassigned be noted therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy each of this resolution
be transmitted to the Dep'artments of Public Works, Schools,
County Chairman, Parks and Recreation, County Physician, Hilo
Hospital, Civil Service, County Auditor and County Attorney
for their information.
