COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 316
VniEREAS, the United States of America has heretofore made
an advance, pursuant to ah agreement dated December 19, 1946
to the COUNTY OF HAWAII in the amount of $35,000 for the
W',., purpose of plan preparation of the public work described in
the agreement as a "County Building," Project No. TH-51-P-23,
and,
WHEREAS, by the use of the Federal advance the COUNTY OF
HAWAII caused to be prepared plans and specifications for
the public work described in the aforesaid agreement, and
WHEREAS, a substitute facility has been constructed and
it has been determined that no part of the plans prepared with
the Federal advance was of value or could have been used in
the construction;

NOVl, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BJARD OF SUPERVISORS
in and for the COUNTY OF HAvlAII that the Hous ing and Home Finance
Administrator be requested to make a determination that the
COUNTY OF HAWAII be relieved .of all liability under the above
mentioned agreement upon payment of $ NO which represents
the proportionate amount of the advance relating to the public
work construction in accordance with the plans prepared with
said Federal advance all as more fully certified to by said
architect/engineer.
This resolution is adopted pursuant to the authority
provided by Section 144-33, Revised Laws of Hawaii 1955, as
amended.

The undersigned duly qualified and acting County Cle!k of
the County of Hawaii does hereby certify that the f.oregb.irlg
resolution is a true and correct copy of Resolution No. ....2.1.2.-
adopted on the 3rd day of November , 1965 at a legally
convened meeting of the Board of Supervisors with respect to
the agreement between the Government 'and the County of Hawaii
dated the 19th day of December, 1946; I further certify that
such resolution has been fully recorded in the journals of
proceedings, and records in my office.
