PROVIDING FOR THE ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR KDMOHANA STREET
EXTENSION,' KUKUAU STREET EXTENSION, PONAHAWAI STREET EXTENSION,
IN THE CITY OF HILO, COUNTY AND STATE OF HAW~II.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE B~RD OF SUPERVISORS IN .THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII:

That it is necessary, for the public use and purpose,
to wit: construction of the Komohana Street Extension, Kukuau
Street Extension and Ponahawai Street Extension in the City
of Hilo, County and State of Hawaii, to take, acquire and
