C0IUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE O F HAWAI `I <br />BILL NO. 161 <br />(Draft 2) <br />ORDINANCE NO ®~ ~~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.08-106, AS AMENDED BY <br />ORDINANCE NOS. 09-92 AND 09-92A, PERTAINING TO THE ISSUANCE OF <br />GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING VARIOUS <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS DESCRIBED THEREIN. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION l . Section 2 of Ordinance No. 08-106, as amended by Ordinance Nos. 09-92 and <br />09-92A, is hereby further amended to read as follows: <br />"SECTION 2. Authorization of Bonds. There are hereby authorized for issuance and <br />sale, in one or more series, Bonds of the County, in an aggregate principal amowlt not to exceed <br />$1 14,588,700, for the purpose of funding all or a portion of the costs (including costs of issuance <br />of the Bonds) of the public improvement projects authorized and set forth in [~'~'~~"~* ^ '~~~ft--3] <br />Exhibit A, Draft 4." <br />SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is underscored. <br />In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and underscoring need not be <br />included. <br />SECTION 3. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to <br />any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
