RE: Request for scheduling of executive meeting -
West Hawa;'; Today v. County Council of the County of Hawa;';
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawai'i Revised Statutes, as amended, the Office
of the Corporation Counsel respectfully requests the Council schedule the above matter
for an executive meeting on January 6, 2010.
We anticipate discussion with the Council on matters and questions pertaining to
the Council's powers, duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities. We will also discuss
with the Council the impact of the recently received opinion letter from the State of
Hawai'i Office of Information Practices.
