Resolution
APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION OF A
CONTRACT FOR GRANT TO ACQUIRE AND/OR DEVELOP
LAND FOR OPEN-SPACE PURPOSES NO. OS-HI-09-39-l007
BY AND BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII AND THE UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
as follows:
Section 1. The pending proposed Contract for Grant
to Acquire And/Or Develop Land For Open-Space Purposes
No. OS-HI-09-39-l007 is hereby in all respects approved.
Section 2. The Mayor of the County of Hawaii is
hereby authorized and directed to execute Contract No.
OS-HI-09-39-l007(G) in two (2) counterparts on behalf of
the County of Hawaii, and the County Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to impress and attest the official
seal of the Public Body on each such counterpart and to
forward such counterparts to the Department of Housing and
Urban Development, for execution on behalf of the Government
together with such other documents relative to the approval
and execution of such counterparts as may be required by the
Government.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
Adopted this 18th day of July, ;1..973.
