RESOLUTION N0. 5
CREATING SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE, APPOINTING MEMBERS, AND
DESIGNATING THE_ CHkIRMAN . THEREOF _ .
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Hawaii that pursuant to the provisions of section 2 of Rule 6
(Committees) and Rule 8 (Special Committees) of the RULES OF
PROCEDURE OF THE BOAR) OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII a
special Legislative Committee of six (6) members is hereby
created and the following members are hereby appointed thereto:
1. Supervisor Ikuo Hisaoka
2. Supervisor Thomas K. Cook
3. Supervisor James Hamasaki
4. Supervisor William Thompson
5. Supervisor Hiroshi Tanaka
6. Supervisor Helene Hale
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Supervisor Ikuo Hisaoka be and
he is hereby designated chairman of said Legislative Committee.
