RESOLUTION NO. 7
'REFERRING CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACCOUNTS, VOUCHERS AND OTHER MONEY
MATTERS TO THE FINANCE COMMITTEE..
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Hawaii that all claims, demands, accounts, vouchers and other
matters involving the expenditure of public funds which require
the approval of the Board before payments can be made thereon
shall be first referred to the Committee on Finance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to transmit copies of this
resolution to the County Auditor, Purchasing Agent and County
Clerk.
