COUNTY OF HAWAII - TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the Honorable William F. Quinn, Governor
of the Territory of Hawaii, has seen fit to appoint
District Magistrate Jack H. Mizuha to the post of
Attorney General of the Territory of Hawaii; and
WHEREAS, the background of Jack H. Mizuha as an
individual, attorney and jurist makes him a logical
and excellent choice for that respected and dignified
position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE-IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS in and for the County of Hawaii that this
Board extend-to the Honorable William F. Quinn, Governor
of the Territory of Hawaii, its commendation for the
mariner in which he has exercised his power of appointment,
and also convey to the Honorable Jack H Mizuha its
best wishes and congratulations.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that 'the county clerk be and
he is hereby instructed and directed to forward copies
of this resolution to the Honorable William F. Quinn,
Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, and to the Honorable
Jack H. Mizuha, Attorney General of the Territory of
Hawaii.
